Michael’s primary focus is the general representation of companies, including emerging growth companies (in both technology and non-technology industries), public companies, venture capital firms, private equity funds and investment banks and entrepreneurs on matters relating to formation of business entities all the way through merger or sale or an initial public offering. Michael also advises on companies on numerous day-to-day matters affecting their business and operations, including various contract-related matters. Michael also helps companies find solutions for their intellectual property needs, including regarding trademarks and copyrights.
